Create-a-Club Customization , Career Mode Bugs & Greater Long-Term Immersion

Dear EA Sports FC Development Team,

I would like to provide some feedback regarding Create-a-Club Career Mode in FC 26 and suggest improvements for FC 27. My biggest concern is the lack of face sculpting and detailed player customization within Create-a-Club. Being unable to fully edit and sculpt player faces makes it difficult to create realistic squads and limits creativity for players who want to build their dream teams. Adding full facial customization directly into Create-a-Club would significantly improve immersion and allow players to create unique and authentic clubs without having to rely on workarounds.

I have also encountered several presentation glitches that affect the overall quality of Career Mode. During pre-match line-up cutscenes, player faces are sometimes assigned to the wrong names. For example, players such as Osimhen, Yildiz, and Cherki have appeared with each other’s face models during introductions. In addition, Create-a-Club kits often display incorrect colours during line-up presentations. In one of my saves, a red and black kit appeared as lime green and blue in the cutscene, which breaks immersion and makes the game feel unfinished.

Another issue involves goalkeeper kits in Create-a-Club. The club badge does not always appear on goalkeeper shirts, despite appearing correctly on outfield kits. Small details such as this have a major impact on realism and presentation. It would also be great if players could add custom text or team names to Create-a-Club badges to further personalise their clubs.

Looking ahead to FC 27, I would love to see the ability to transfer created player faces and custom creations from FC 26 into future titles. Recreating entire squads every year can be extremely time-consuming, especially for players who invest heavily in Career Mode. Additionally, allowing already created- club players to have commentary names would make custom clubs feel far more authentic and realistic.

Another feature I would love to see in FC 27 is greater kit variety throughout Career Mode. Using the exact same kits season after season can become repetitive and takes away from the feeling of progression that real football clubs experience. If possible, it would be great to allow players to make minor changes to club kits between seasons, use selected kits from previous years, or even choose from a range of alternative designs inspired by the club’s history. Even simple options such as adjusting colours or small design details would help keep long-term Career Mode saves feeling fresh, realistic, and engaging.

Finally, I would appreciate more badge, kit, and stadium customisation options for Create-a-Club. The mode has enormous potential, and improvements to player customization, presentation, and bug fixes would make it one of the best features in the game.

Overall, my biggest request for FC 27 is improved Create-a-Club customization, particularly the ability to fully sculpt player faces and create truly unique squads. Combined with fixes to presentation bugs, expanded customization options, and the ability to carry creations forward into future titles, these changes would greatly improve immersion and help players build the authentic football experiences they envision.
