EA can you update your anti cheat

My gaming experience has been absolutely terrible. I keep running into users exploiting slider cheats while playing on the Hong Kong server. I only have a 10ms ping, yet these slider hacks **bleep** my players’ movement speed, stamina, passing accuracy and shooting power. It’s not just a speed reduction—my shots turn weak and feeble. Even through balls travel barely a metre instead of reaching the intended target; the pass moves so sluggishly that the receiving player has to wait three to four seconds just to get to the ball.

With zero defensive pressure on my ping pass, my player glitches and flies across the pitch—it’s ridiculous. This buggy movement plagues goalkeepers too, who also randomly launch into the air. Are these supposed to be professional footballers? They’d be better off quitting the sport and working the fields. Playing this game is pure torment.

Opponents don’t just use slider cheats; they artificially inflate my ping and deploy all sorts of illicit exploits to secure wins. There are also match-review cheats: once they score a goal against you, the game forces a match audit and boots you straight back to the main menu. There is zero competitive fairness whatsoever.

Worse still, cheaters using slider hacks easily avoid anti-cheat detection by reverting the cheat settings right before a match ends. This anti-cheat loophole is completely unreasonable.

I beg you to properly address this slider cheat and forced match audit crisis. If the current system fails, implement hardware-level motherboard locking anti-cheat similar to Vanguard in Valorant. Temporary bans of two weeks or a month are pointless—cheaters can purchase new alternate accounts for under 10 US dollars. None of this illicit account revenue flows back to EA, nor does it boost your official earnings. Your punitive countermeasures need to be updated to match modern cheating tactics.

What cheaters treat as entertainment turns the game into a living hell for legitimate players. Please do not dismiss player feedback as trivial. Take this issue seriously—there is still time to salvage the game’s competitive integrity.
