My suggestion is to turn off authentic features because it's a little easier to play. After October patch the gameplay is irreparable garbage. Before that it was very fluid and enjoyable. Although it wasn't perfect and had flaws in CPU AI defending, it was still promising and gave us hope that we would finally have realistic gameplay.
Now, so-called Authentic gameplay has nothing to do with realistic playing. For comparison, yesterday I played a few games on FIFA 23 and was really surprised how fluid was the gameplay, 2 years ago I thought FIFA 23 was bad, but FC 25 and 26 are worse. The defenses are terrible and desperate.
Another big problem are sliders that don't work properly. When I reduced the CPU sliders to a value of 1 (except Tackle aggression), CPU AI is still wild with unrealistically high pressing while my defenders are sluggish and powerless. This happens even on Professional level. I don't know what to do or change to reduce the opponent's pressing and savagery. If anyone knows, please enlighten me and I will be grateful.
It’s the relentless passing for me against teams who play possession. I cannot touch the ball, but they create no chances, and just pass it round.
I swear no one from EA bothers to test their games before its released. They are a disgrace
