I want a refund IMMEDIATELY !

My problem is that I’ve played previous FC and FIFA titles. And by far this is the worst I’ve seen the game get, the scripting is just insane. Today I’ve played a game where my CB when playing up into the air and that enabled the opponent to score a goal. I’ve also had problems when on the push with my winger and I’ve got a perfect line to pass the ball to my striker, and I know I am aiming at my striker as I’ve got the little arrow on the ground pointing right at him, and when I press X the game decides to pass the ball to my last man which as you can imagine most times doesn’t end well for me. I’ve also had problems with my players who have 88+ pace not being able to keep up with a 70 rated silver player with 70 pace who’s running with the ball. I have genuinely had enough of the game and request a refund from EA to which I’ve been told that my case is being looked into. Has any one else had this problem before ? I mean ik some people may say “oH hEs GoT a SkIl iSsUE” however I would accept that if some of the things would happen as a one off occasion or very rarely however they occurred in almost every game I played today. So yeah has anyone else had some of these problems before ?
