Increase the size of your players from 6'2

I just recently decided to create a defender for the first time on the game, and I noticed that the maximum is 6'2 while you have players like Virgil Van Dijk etc who are 6'5 and above that tower over your player when trying to defend against corners/free kicks.

Surely you can make adjustments?
