The transfer market on the Web App has still not been unlocked after 9 days.

My friend and I play FC26 together. We have both finished all objective tasks and unlocked the in-game transfer market. We have played 3 matches every day for 9 days in a row, yet the Web App transfer market is still locked. Are there any other new requirements to unlock it now?
