Input delay lag and ping issues

My ping was fine and I was playing a smooth game without input delay on my pc (HP Pavilion Gaming 15) and suddenly after the new update I have tried all possible fixes even tried the best wifi Ethernet connection but still input delay 

Also I don't understand why the user feedback vibration which is made for only wireless console is turned on on my pc because I am using a wired xbox 360 controller 

 

 

Note 

My Ms was 36 to 48 but now it is 59 to 100+ which I don't understand 

Using someone's router I had consistent 50+ but the input delay persists 

dkhlynin82​ I think your team should check on this issue for me because I am not enjoying the game

    This behavior goes as intended 🙂 lots of people complain about this for years, yet they still get the game yearly. Once people will stop filling their pockets, maybe something will happen for the playerbase's benefit.
