Lack of customer support

It's a shame, how a multi billion dollar company has so little focus on customer service.

We players, buy the game every year, even when it's not good. we dedicate time to the game. Lot's of us buy EA Play or EA play Pro, buy fifa points.

And sometimes we ask for the bare minimum. If I wasted my time completing the EAFC 25 pre season objectives, i should receive the rewards.

I understand mistakes happen, but as soon as i contact live chat, and they confirm I didn't receive my rewards, immediately they should fix it, i have the right to those rewards, and almost everyone got theirs.

However, they do nothing. tell me the rewards are ready to be collected, i go there, nothing. Speak with them, they say they will look into it, and they don't know when, but I should receive my rewards. after 3 days I still don't have a single word from them, updates, or my rewards.

And when i started to complain in the live chat. they simply closed my chat.
