Lag in the penalties

I have lost my last chance in cs tour finale in the semi finale i have reach the penalties it was so hard cuz i have to time my press when there is so lagy situation so My opponent win so easly and  He also reached penalties in the same way. I was unable to defend because of the lag. I hope you give me back my chance.
