Live Events Objectives

Why would they set up the objectives in such a dumb way? you get rewards for the first 5 games, then for a win in 16, 8, semi and final BUT...... If you're not the pay to win type then every time you get to the semi/final your screwed because you'll be playing vs the biggest meta teams out there. I played a team worth over 2 million coins in the semi! it's a an 84 rated max comp! 

So all in all I played over 35 games in this tournament, reaching the Semi final or Final each time BUT because I kept loosing to CC FC. Because of the way the objectives are set up I got nothing for it after the 6thg game or so. That's 29 games of getting nothing, well over 7 hours of playing for essentially  nothing.

 

So instead of just having it "win the tournament" how about you add "play 15 games and play 30 games" and a "finish 7 out of 9 objectives" So those who spend hours playing it have a chance of getting it.

    Absolutely agree, especially as they said pre launch that they wanted tournaments and gauntlets to be a fun, casual gameplay experience. A break from the ultra competitive, sweaty modes.

    Let everyone get the rewards for just playing and it will be that way, but whilst exclusive players and rewards are locked behind winning it will never be this way.

    Personally me and my friends who play are done with both modes until there is a change, as op said, just not worth the time.
