Packs and SBC

I did today the hero SBC twice got Smolarek useless then I did again got Kohler even worse so I decided to do the icon SBC and got Roy Keane the worst icon in the game

why I keep getting the worst cards every time 

random gives bad sometimes fewer times mid and rarely good but always bad reminds me of a statement EA direct communication on X tweeted “The intended rewards”

what is the point of grinding the game if all I get in the end is the worst possibility

Pack contents are random and you have the same chance of packing any one item as any other user.

When someone keeps getting the worst cards most of the times and another gets the best most of the time it means that the logic is broken as I’m assuming good intentions 

As I said slighahmed​ you have the same chance to pack any one item as any other user. There is nothing in game that gives any one an advantage over any other in regards pack contents.

Then explain to me why I didn’t pack any top card from all the promos and upgrade SBCs while spending more then 20K fc points in the same time my team is worse then everyone one I know while many of them play RTG

That's just how it works. 

You have the same chance of packing any one item as any other user.

i completed all upgrade sbc including the daily upgrade sbc, premium mixed league sbc and all Europe upgrade sbc in the not one card above 85 rating and zero promo cards while EA just released a new promo with more then 30 cards and in the end I only get low rated not promo cards 

this is not random packs output this is intended nerfed rewards 

EA should reward customers not annoy them, with pack luck id never try any of the store packs

honestly this gave me a huge disappointment and even I don’t want to play the game
