Playstyle plus in player career mode should be easier to get

When they removed the personality bonuses from training they really did not think through how it would work and it is fundamentally broken in this year's game. It's impossible to manage without playing the game in a straightjacket. 

They should just link playstyle plus achievement to unlock at a certain level in career mode progression.
