Pro Clubs: Critical Issues, Cheating Concerns & FC 27/FC 26 Improvements

Dear EA Team,

I hope you will address the following issues in Pro Clubs, either in FC 27 or, if possible, through updates to FC 26.

1. PC players can use cheats to artificially increase their own player ratings while lowering the ratings of opposing players during matches. This makes cross-play matchmaking unfair and meaningless.
2. When a player joins the opposing team mid-match, there can be a waiting period of 10–15 minutes before the game resumes.
3. When a player joins the opposing team during a match, a time desynchronization issue can occur. For example, a match that has reached the 60th minute may suddenly revert to the 45th minute, causing previously scored goals to be erased.
4. Another issue related to players joining mid-match is the creation of parallel game instances. Players on the same team can end up experiencing different versions of the match, leaving some players effectively alone in their own game session.
5. Players who control AI teammates cannot view their individual statistics separately from the AI players' statistics. Throughout the season, all statistics are combined. For example, your actual player may earn a match rating of 10.0, but if the AI players average 7.0, your displayed rating becomes 7.0 instead of 10.0. Similarly, AI players' goals, assists, and other statistics are added to your own records. I believe this is fundamentally incorrect and that individual player statistics should be tracked separately.
6. After a match, we cannot access the club profiles of our opponents. This feature is available in Seasons mode, but not in Pro Clubs. It would be very useful to have the same functionality in Pro Clubs.
7. The matchmaking system can place a team with only 2 real players against a team with 8–10 real players. This creates a significant competitive imbalance and is not fair.
8. Adding more leagues, cups, rankings, statistics, and competitive tracking systems to Pro Clubs would greatly increase player engagement and competitiveness within the mode.
