Requesting a loan/transfer

I remember in past FC games were you had a choice to request a transfer or loan if your player isn't being used enough in Career Mode, were you could play for a team that is equal to your players level and gradually you would get better to the point were the club asks if you want the loan to be over or you would want to stay there permanently.

And with requesting a transfer, I don't understand why you have to wait for the season to end in order to move to a different club if there are 2 transfer windows ingame, and still you have to go through a season with the club you are currently with.

Am I making any sense here, cause it was fun to play for a random team maybe in the Championship etc in order to let your player grow in skill and OVR, but come on, bring the old way of transferring/loaning out instead of making us wait a full season to move on.
