BUG: Missing 20,000 AXP & Double XP Tokens in Clubs (All Criteria Met)

Hello everyone and EA Community Managers.

 I am writing to report a frustrating synchronization bug regarding the April 6th Clubs promotion. My friends and I started playing the game at the exact same time. While they received their 20,000 Instant AXP and 35 Double XP tokens immediately, my account received nothing. Here is my current situation: I have an active EA Play subscription, my marketing preferences are turned ON in my EA account settings, and I am an active Clubs player (I have already grinded to Level 50 without the boost). I have checked the Archetypes and Consumables tabs multiple times, but the items are missing. I contacted EA Live Support today, and the agent confirmed that I meet all the eligibility criteria but stated they do not have the tool to manually credit the missing AXP. They advised me to wait for a global technical fix that the studio is currently working on and suggested I post here for visibility. Are there any official updates on when this patch will roll out? It is very disheartening to put in the effort while missing out on a major boost that everyone else received flawlessly.

    See the image at the post linked below for help on enabling the communication preferences mentioned. 

    "Only those who had their communication preferences turned on in their EA account settings were eligible for this 20k AXP grant.

    Turning it on now after the fact will not grant you the AXP anymore, unfortunately.

    I totally understand that it's frustrating missing out and I made sure to pass that feedback along to the team.

    At least if you turn your communication preferences on now, you will be included for any future grants."
