champions game mode

Dear EA Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue I encountered while playing a FUT Champions match in EA SPORTS FC 26. During the match, I was suddenly disconnected and sent back to the main menu. I did not quit the game intentionally, yet the system registered this as a loss for me.

My internet connection was stable at the time, and I did not experience any connection issues. I believe this was due to a server-side or game-related error. I kindly request you to review this match and the unfair loss recorded on my account.

    Hello EA Support Team,

     

    I experienced a serious issue while playing EA SPORTS FC 26. During the match, the game suddenly kicked me back to the main menu, and despite not leaving the match myself, I was given a loss.

     

    My internet connection was completely stable and did not disconnect at any point. I want this issue to be resolved as quickly as possible because this situation is completely unfair. Due to an incorrect system evaluation or server-side issue, I became the victim of an unfair result.

     

    I was winning the match 4-0 before the disconnect happened. Please review the match records and connection logs carefully. I request that this unfair loss be removed and that the correct result be restored to my account.
