I cannot respond to offers for player transfers in career mode.

In the manager career mode that I started 7 days ago on PlayStation 5, I see a 'no action available' notification in the offers made to the players and I cannot respond to transfer offers. Depending ...

Same issue for me, so bad for a game that cost £70. Also, while I like authentic gameplay, the AI just seem crap. Winning games on Ultimate 7-0 with a terrible United team. The AI just do nothing. They never improve career mode.
