Pro Clubs Ai

Why are the so Bad this season first of all any time I call for a Cross the do a whole 180 and loose the ball or misplace the pass, Second of all they are soo bad at defending even though I put most the budget on defense.

What's the point of giving a timeout ban for a player who leaves a rush game mode when they just get replaced by an AI? because people would want to leave due to either bad teammates, terrible gamepl...
