Won’t allow me in any clubs or ultimate team

been two days now and what a joke !!!!

deleted and installed again , spoke to ea online for 2 hours for them to pass me on to a forum and wait for a reply on twitter to see if the issue has been fixed !!! But can’t give me a time !!!! Pay for season passes and ultimate edition for what !!
