Can anyone help

Hi can anyone please help I have chosen my favourite team which I'm happy with.  but I pressed button on preferred league (the woman's) i thought it was mens but I don't know how to change preferred league. I can change my favourite team no problem but don't know how to change my preferred league. Any help would be appreciated 👍
