Agree with all of this. Especially the icons in career mode. Who on earth wants to play a career with a player that used to play a decade ago? Career mode players are often looking for immersion and realism, having a player in your team that no longer plays completely takes the realism away from the game, whoever thought it was a good idea to spend time developing that instead of the other 1000 things they could've done to actually make the game better needs firing or moving departments because they have 0 clue about career mode and what the career mode players actually want or are looking for.
