Carry over rewards from fc25 still haven't arrive and ea help system is a mess

Hello,On the date that everybody have received the rewards from fc25, I've received only the messages, but no rewards.I've opened 3 cases from that moment in the ea help fc26 sectikn, one says resolved- don't know why, because nothing is resolved and had no interaction with any helper, second one says pkayer unavailable...because I have received a message at 7 AM saying how may we help? Though it's clear from my message how, and the third has received an automatic message with general things to do when you are missing items, replyed back...still no answer or rewards.&nbsp;How long must it take to have my problem resolved, or what's the next step? (Besides, the obvious one...delete fc26 and never buy anything from EA)Thank you&nbsp;

Same problem here. Been having such a bad time on the game this year. Was missing my fc25 pre season rewards and talked to EA and then the next day I didn’t get my rivals rewards. My account literally feels broken. On top of that, 3 85x2 all 85s. All my boys are getting all their rewards on time and have good pack luck. Kinda feels like my account is forgotten about for lack of a better term. Just absolutely horrible game experience all around and love the games EA makes but idk if I can keep playing this much longer. Especially if I’m not even getting rewarded.&nbsp;
