Crossplay shouldn’t be all-or-nothing, give us console-only option

I really think there should be a console-only crossplay option in addition to the current on/off toggle.

Right now it’s all or nothing - either you play only within your own platform, or you open it up to everyone including PC. But for a lot of us on PS5 and Xbox Series X, there’s a middle ground that just makes more sense.

Console vs console is already a fair playing field.

Both platforms are running essentially the same hardware tier, and the game is capped at 60 FPS anyway. There’s no inherent advantage like you see on PC with higher frame rates, different input setups, or system-level tweaks.

So why not allow:

• Console-only crossplay (PS5 + Xbox together)
• Full crossplay (including PC)
• Or platform-only (current off setting)

That way players can choose their comfort level.

This would:

1. Improve matchmaking times (bigger pool than single-platform)
2. Keep gameplay fair and consistent
3. Remove a lot of the frustration people have with PC crossplay
4. Give players actual control instead of forcing a binary choice

A lot of us aren’t against crossplay - we just want balanced crossplay.

Feels like a no-brainer feature at this point.
