Customer Service
I scan through this forum on a daily basis as well as almost posting daily about an issue that has existed since release. I’ve tweeted, emailed, used Discord, commented on the live streams and more. All I seem to notice is EA have the worst customer service I have ever known.
Thread after thread ignored. No real work towards solving problems that are mentioned constantly. Zero accountability. Absolutely no customer service.
I’ve never seen a community so consistently unhappy met by a company who do nothing about it.
How do we get a refund or place formal complaints? It’s become too bad to not even try.
