Question

I scan through this forum on a daily basis as well as almost posting daily about an issue that has existed since release. I’ve tweeted, emailed, used Discord, commented on the live streams and more. All I seem to notice is EA have the worst customer service I have ever known.

Thread after thread ignored. No real work towards solving problems that are mentioned constantly. Zero accountability. Absolutely no customer service.

I’ve never seen a community so consistently unhappy met by a company who do nothing about it.

How do we get a refund or place formal complaints? It’s become too bad to not even try.

Mate this has to be the worst fifa ever made… ever since the new patch update it’s been freezing kicking me off.. worst of all it’s letting me finish matches and then kicks me out.. they need to fix this asap

what’s the point of having these forums if they are just going to do nothing about what the customers are complaining about
