I didnt receive my preseason packs and griddy celebration, anyone with the same issue?
Im sure I won the griddy cup, but didnt get the reward

I have the same issue. I completed a preseason objective, I think it was the crafting upgrade, and when I entered the web app the announcement that I received the pack appeared, but no pack was given
