Does EA even respond to the queries here.. ??

This game is beyond broken and they know it. You at best get some AI generated template answer that normally blames the customer, not ea. Seen and had this several times.

They only respond if you mention the word that cannot be named  bro the companys a joke their isn't a complaints department and the guys running the forums are completely useless  and only check here to ban people their isn't a comment from a dev that is any help its always your fault or your Internets 

You only get replies when you throw them a compliment. And from my experience the only one where you can actually get a non-AI formulated answer from, is EA_Darko​ . I guess most of them at EA are more working on correcting foul language on this forum rather than turning this game into an enjoyable experience

That's funny you mention a certain mod because he never responds with anything except doubting the claim you make...lol so if that is considered a solution I guess you could count that.  They are all just forum moderators they are not in any way capable of solving any of our solutions.  The only chance you have is that enough people view and it has to be like 10% of the consumer base.  That is why nothing ever gets solved and the things that do are just what the youtube influencers say because they have a lot of followers and views which is publicity for the company.  Thats why the influencers get free games early.  I wish more people understood this is why the world sucks because consumer power has been eroded by glitter and shiny objects straying public support into small factions with no power.😃

Hey SincerelyI43​ know you are frustrated and taking the time to reply to threads like this to call me out but try to remember that I try my best. If I was trolling or not helping then I'd not be raising issues with the studio team and spending my time replying here.

 As I mentioned in your other thread, we raise issues all the time but if you are unwilling to share requested info then we cannot raise it to the team. We don't ask for info for the fun of it, it's so that our team can see the issue you see and work on it.

For everyone, the EA forums are about players helping players. We CMs are here to assist where we can and create a safe and welcoming environment.

We reply and respond where we can but with the thousands of posts here every day it's not always possible to get to everything.

And remember, just because we don't reply doesn't meant hat we've not raised it with the team.

If you want to know how many issues we raise well you can take a look at the FC Trello Boards to see.  A large number of the issues there that have been solved have were ones identified by myself and other CMs on here. We troubleshot, we requested info, we passed it on to the team, we coordinated with them and then they got it fixed.
