I see so many complaints and very rarely seen a solution or assistance am doubting they even listen..

You only get replies when you throw them a compliment. And from my experience the only one where you can actually get a non-AI formulated answer from, is EA_Darko . I guess most of them at EA are more working on correcting foul language on this forum rather than turning this game into an enjoyable experience

Hey SincerelyI43 know you are frustrated and taking the time to reply to threads like this to call me out but try to remember that I try my best. If I was trolling or not helping then I'd not be raising issues with the studio team and spending my time replying here.
As I mentioned in your other thread, we raise issues all the time but if you are unwilling to share requested info then we cannot raise it to the team. We don't ask for info for the fun of it, it's so that our team can see the issue you see and work on it.
For everyone, the EA forums are about players helping players. We CMs are here to assist where we can and create a safe and welcoming environment.We reply and respond where we can but with the thousands of posts here every day it's not always possible to get to everything.
And remember, just because we don't reply doesn't meant hat we've not raised it with the team.
If you want to know how many issues we raise well you can take a look at the FC Trello Boards to see. A large number of the issues there that have been solved have were ones identified by myself and other CMs on here. We troubleshot, we requested info, we passed it on to the team, we coordinated with them and then they got it fixed.
