EA PUNISHED ME FOR GETTING GOOD AT LEGITIMATE TRANSFER-MARKET TRADING

EA has restricted my FC 26 Transfer Market account for alleged coin distribution. The problem is simple: I never distributed coins.

I have ONE account.

I did not buy coins.
I did not sell coins.
I did not transfer coins between accounts.
I did not use a bot or autobuyer.
I did not coordinate trades with another account.

I earned my coins by playing FC 26 and legitimately buying and selling cards on EA’s own Transfer Market.

Over the course of the year, I learned the market and became increasingly successful at identifying undervalued cards. Shortly before EA restricted my account, for example, I purchased a Virgil van Dijk card for approximately 350,000 coins and legitimately resold it for approximately 1.7 million coins.

That is not “coin distribution.” That is a successful trade.

EA has the transaction records and can verify exactly what happened.

What makes this particularly unacceptable is that I also spent approximately $300 on legitimate FC Points during FC 26, in addition to buying the game itself. One reason I bought FC Points was specifically so I could preserve the coins I had worked to accumulate through trading.

I invested an enormous amount of time learning FC 26, building my team and learning its Transfer Market. I was finally becoming extremely successful at trading when EA’s enforcement system apparently decided that my success itself looked suspicious.

I understand why EA needs systems to detect bots, coin sellers and actual coin transfers. But those systems MUST be capable of distinguishing cheating from a legitimate player who simply becomes very good at using the market EA created.

I have appealed the restriction. I am asking EA for an actual human review of my transaction history and, if EA maintains that I distributed coins, to identify what transaction supposedly constituted coin distribution.

I was planning to continue with FC 27. But I will not spend another dollar on this franchise if legitimate trading can result in punishment simply because the profits become unusually successful.

Please review the actual transactions, correct the mistake, and fix the enforcement system so this does not happen to legitimate players in FC 27.
