I have received an false permanent bann for my Ea account due to system abuse, I believe this was activated automatically and they mistaken my lost connection or exiting matches in case of win-trading and i did my best to contact support and chat with them but all i get is the same texts over and over and no one is reviewing my case after i accidentally closed it to write a new one with more details.
They say i should submit an appeal in contact us when i told them repeatedly i cannot access my penalties in history for requesting an review and the links they have sent me, were the same path i walked over and over, and at the end of discussion they would just shut the chat down while i was asking questions for my unfair banned account.

Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. You say you're getting the same textx over and over when you submit a case, can I ask what they say?
