Fc 26 issues

Hi everyone has anyoneone else been ignored by any complaints with fc 26 during the early access on day one where you are meant to get the season pass free because you got the ultimate edition on day one .

Well I complained and attached proof that I had received my fc 2000 points but no season pass yet I was looking at the season pass then came out of it and a message came up saying I got my season pass free for buying ultimate edition I went back into season pass but I was charged 1000 fc point so now I only have 1000 left I complained in the forum yet nothing has been done to refund me back my 1000 fc points what a bloody joke we pay 90 for the game yet I got charged 1000 fc points for that joke of a season pass waw ea look at this for god sake why scam me out of this you clearly don't care just grab cash thats it look at this message and give me my 1000 fc points instead of taking them when you clearly said season pass was free but still take 1000 points I even put it under the technical issue part on xbox yet you still ignore
