I think the problem is all the feedback I’ve seen is nobody is happy with the changes. I don’t think anyone wanted ea to remove the skill gap and make it more arcade.
A few years ago everyone complained about needing to use 99 pace attackers at defense with no defending stats. Now we are trying to go back to the gameplay nobody liked?
I really hope we don’t go back to 352 spamming lobs and pacing around with emenike while defenders stand around because they can’t deal with the ping pong passing and pace.
Then you are looking at the crowd that are just hating for the sake of it. I've seen many people happy timed finishing is being removed, many people that are happy with a goalkeeper buff, many people that are happy with more manual defending, and improved AI for attacking. Along with more agile dribbling and faster passing, I think they are all good for the life of the game in general.
Of course I've also seen people that are unhappy about such things, but as I've said to you before it's impossible to please everyone, and EA are saying that they are working on the most common feedback they get. So unless the people you see are just complaining on some message board somewhere, they obviously aren't in the majority.
