If it is illegal to buy fifa coins on line and you will be banned if you are caught. How come all the top bloggers and ea pros advertise them and offer 10% off with their code but don’t get banned

This has now been up for 4 days and not one community manager has replied. Usually when you put a post up community Manages are straight their with an answer. So why not answer this.
Surely something can be done. Ea knowing their Fc pros are advertising and getting paid a commission for something they say is illegal in the game and banning players. Before the game is fully released to everyone their are people with all the top player and icons and they are potentially using these coins sites.
Because money beats morals. I am having the same discussions on here again this year and I expect it to end the same as before. First my thread will be closed, second I will get a temporary forum ban, third nothing will be done to stop the sellers, just the buyers.
