Formal Request to EA Sports Regarding FC Pro Tournaments
**Subject: Proposal for Enhanced Inclusivity and Regulation of FC Pro Tournaments – Focusing on Iraqi Representation and Ladder Structure**
**Dear EA Sports FC Pro Organizing Committee,**
We are writing to submit a formal request for consideration regarding the inclusion of **Iraq** in the EA Sports FC Pro tournament ecosystem and a suggested restructuring of the FC Pro Open ladder.
---
### 🇮🇶 Proposal 1: Inclusion of Iraq in FC Pro Tournaments
Iraq possesses a deeply passionate and significant football fanbase, which translates directly to a large and enthusiastic community of competitive FC players. We request that EA Sports recognize this potential by ensuring **Iraqi competitors** have a pathway to participate in official global events, specifically the **FC Pro Open** and/or the **FC World Championship**.
* **Goal:** To provide Iraqi competitors a fair opportunity to showcase their skill on the global stage and compete against the world's best, thereby enriching the overall diversity and excitement of the FC Pro ecosystem.
---
### 🌐 Proposal 2: Restructuring the FC Pro Open Ladder
The current structure of the FC Pro Open ladder appears to pose significant challenges to participants' **physical and mental well-being**. Furthermore, the reliance on personally built squads creates a barrier to entry that favors "pay-to-win" models, which is detrimental to the principles of fair, global competition.
We propose the following structural adjustments to the FC Pro Open Ladder to promote accessibility, fairness, and health:
* **Adjusted Playing Schedule:** Implement a structured playing period of **3 hours per day, three times per week, over the course of one month.** This schedule is designed to be manageable, particularly for individuals who maintain full-time employment (e.g., 8-10 hour workdays) and to mitigate player burnout.
* **Provision of Standardized Squads:** Replace the current player-owned squad requirement with **organizer-provided, standardized team squads**.
* **Benefit:** This crucial change would level the playing field, ensuring competition is solely based on **skill and competitive ability**, rather than financial investment. This would open the global arena to talented individuals worldwide, regardless of their economic background.
We believe these adjustments would significantly improve the competitive environment, make the FC Pro Open truly global and inclusive, and ensure the longevity and health of its participants.
We appreciate your time and consideration of these important matters. We are confident that these changes will strengthen the FC Pro brand and further engage the global FC community.
Sincerely,
Mümin Köprülü
