Feature: Club Cultural & Strategic Hiring Preferences – Manager Career Mode

A similar thing could be Bilbao only signing Basque players like irl but that would require EA to put some actual effort into changing career mode for the better yet we’re still stuck with the same cutscenes, same pre/post match press conferences where the questions barely line up with the game that just happened/is about to happen. It’s just laziness at this point tbh.
