Game feels really bad now

Completely agree with this the game is just becoming fc 25

People were running around with CDMs from the very start and heavily using 2nd man press. That hasn't changed with the updates. That has been the FIFA/EA FC way for some time now. The better players run CDMs ragged. 

EA should introduce more stamina drain to CDMs when running around like mad men and 2nd man press too.

The game needed more control over the ability to defend because 9-8 scorelines etc... suggested no one had control of the defending.

The game was slowed down which made scorelines close. I think it has been sped up since has it not? - It's the faster game speed that makes it feel more like a skill gap.

EA can't keep changing the game every few days because some people are not getting on with it. I have still been involved in plenty of high scores still. I have also beaten some people by more than 5 goals without reply. So I am defending and scoring.

Tight games sometimes are still fun games that are very cagey and maybe the odd goal will win. 

But I really think it's gamespeed that people are having issues with.

I unfortunately have to disagree regarding game speed causing the difference in gameplay, especially with defending as the topic. AI defending is clearly overpowered, if we compare to the start of the game. It is not, in my opinion, an issue with "control over the ability to defend" , because there is no ability to defend, it is all AI defending. Someone actually did a fun experiment, and once they lost the ball, they took their hands off the controller, AI recovered the ball, and then he started playing again. He did this for over 10 games, and at least 6 out of 10 times, the ball was recovered. 60% is too high and translates to the idea that players don't need any skill, ability, to defend at all, since with such a high percentage, you can actually easily get the 30 points in Rivals (as an example). AI defending ability should increase real time - e.g. manual at start, 1-0 down, increase, 2-0 down increase and so on, so that if you only need help (no ability to defend at all) you don't end up rage quitting and actually can have some fun. 

I don't see a problem with players using CDM's to defend, after all that's what they are there for. It's like saying you can't use your ST to score a goal. I believe more people seem to be doing this because you can't get your defenders to defend normal. All i want is for my CB to tackle when I press the bl**dy button. I don't feel they have made defending harder, they have knobbled our defenders so they are much worse than the stats show.

It is as it always is - it is quite fun in the release stage, then the just update the game to complete death, and only rewards the pay-to-win muppets, with their horrible servers, awful animations and most glitchy controls known to man.

this company is the biggest joke - it is just a matter of time before they'll ruin BF6 as well.
