Game stuck on Demo Mode

Can someone please help, I have purchased the game bundle. Now everytime I try and load up the game it’s only giving me limited access until I “upgrade” the game. I have cleared data, uninstalled and reinstalled the game like 3 times. Nothing has worked. It’s literally unplayable and have no answer. Has anyone else experienced this?
