Given a PlayStation code but I'm on xbox

I got the beta for fc25 on Xbox but this year they've given it to me on PlayStation. they also gave me clubs and kick off, etc. when the main mode I play is career mode. tried contacting EA so many...

This is stupid. Got my hopes up by sending me a code just to not even let me use it.
