Haven’t been able to play

I’m extremely frustrated. I paid almost 100 dollars to not be able to play ultimate team at all I can’t even load in or even set up my team because it kicked me out every time . It’s been almost 2 days now. I also purchased the EA play so I can get early access to it as well. I spent almost 2 hours. Just trying to get in the game. I have emailed yall as well and haven’t heard an answer back. And I’m not the only one a lot of my friends is where we’re having the same issue. I thought it was just cause I was on PlayStation, but my friend is on PC as well and he’s having issue. So I would like to know what’s gonna happen.
