How do I actually contact FC 26 support? Entitled to refund
I’m experiencing so many bugs and technical issues with the game and, as far as I can see, the only way to report any of this is by starting a discussion on here.
I can no longer enter the Early Access Elimination tournament on UT, despite only using two of my entries. The tournament has completely vanished from my menus.
My Clubs progress is also not registering on my SP objectives, and my Clubs rank is stuck at 0 regardless of how many games I play (at one point it ranked me as an any, despite the fact I’ve never played there).
All three of these issue are majorly affecting my experience of the game and I’m missing out on features and content that I paid extra for as part of the pre-order. This is surely grounds for a refund, so I just want to know if there’s a different way of contacting customer support directly.
