I got market banned in fc25 and I haven’t received an early access code help?

so I got transfer banned in fc25 and wasn’t able to appeal it because the ea website wasn’t working for some reason and ever since I haven’t be able to use it on companion. I honestly don’t mind this but now I haven’t been sent an early access code and I’m guessing this was why. I was really hoping to be able to play the early access as I love FIFA’s and eafc’s subsequently and have preordered ultimate editions for the last 2 games so I was hoping to get a code?
