I don't have video and I am not a video recording will show how slow the game is. The most obvious for me is UT. Usually UT is fast, quick paced with an intuitive response. Now it's a slow drag. Defenders move out of position, hardly track the ball.
2nd man press is now counterintuitive

I understand why you would say this. However trust me when I tell you my connection is fine and stable. My pings range from 4 to 8. 0.12 jitter on full fibre. Its not my connection.
Ya, it’s the latest update. Tons of people are having problems.
They ruined teammate contain (2nd man press) and it sure seems like you’re better off playing with a ping closer to 40.
