I played a hacker in FUT Champs

I just played a hacker in FUT Champs. I stayed in the game to at least get it to count but after a while of not leaving he just crashed my game. This happens basically every weekend and I am sick and tired of it. I have a video of the whole game and his EA ID: DIMITRIS3223.

Since I couldn't report him ingame I went over to the EA Live Chat to report him along side my recording. I've had only bad experiences with the EA Support before but I thought this time it might go well. It didn't. All I received in return we're copy pasted responses that I should use the ingame reporting feature even after I told them that I was unable to. So not only will I miss out on better rewards but the EA Support apparently doesn't care about the hackers ruining their game at all.
