make transfer market more relastic when signning players

As far as i saw from the videos of the deep dive, i still see something that is missing in my opnion to be relastic and i would appricate if people can read my thoughts about it it will bring this game and transfer market more fun and relastic. So far in deep dive i saw the idea of players how they perform this is amazing to have, but 1 think i believe should be updated is this:

1. When ether selecting, or searching, or getting a player the scout have added, their should be a procentage % given of sucess that squad or me as manager mode can pay that team and believe they will actually accept my bid or not i don't like the idea of range like saying 65 milion to 85 milion, it does not makes it great idea of being relastic instead it should be used as procentage value i believe with communication more then sitting together and making a bid directly.
2. I believe a more relastic game after ether team, we should ask for the player, does he want to come? does he want to sign for that club? he should have also exceptions events of signing a big fee wage so it should be more like the team he leaves should think oh he went out for wage purpose, team stronger, performance of our team not great. something like that.
3. i believe a more relastic step here is even the reporting, fabrizio reporting on background or other pages can make it more relastic and he can also help me in few days if i am interested on going further just like real life, a player by fans getting choosen then the presidents of the team they go further when they see the fans wants that player more, it would make it more fun and more relastic.
4. i believe a more relastic also would be even if team agree or disagree, then at step 2 player gets up and he also should have more relastic parts of if he wants, he does want to sign for that wage, he does not want. just like realstic, most players fail on wage parts even if team agree/disagree.
5.  The system should be a long stage, not just adding a player to shortlist, then i have to go to shortlist and ask about going to pay team, no make it more harder and longer saga drama it makes it more fun, and have exceptions events of harder, medium, low, and if player is interested or not to come, to go, to leave, is thrilled by the chance and so on.
6. The system of signing, the system of signning a player should be differnet in my opnion, their should be hidden steps further going with transfer signing the player. First of all, if player has contract with the club still, the club if they agree/disagree we the amount spend, if they agree, that hidden step 2 should show up, but after skipping few days then it should show a auto going system working behind the science of the game or if they disagree then they should have option to block us from contact them again about the some player until season of winter or a new season, and should have a why they disagree.
7. When team agree, we should move to step 2 whiching is sitting with the agent and the player, and agent should even have common spent of money getting for each player he holds as agent, so for example if i sign mbappe at wage of 168k per season, the player agrees to sign but agent disagree on his percentage of the transfer sign, then player should be more on sad moments events., just like make it events way of relastic. I have more ideas, but the system of signning a player and adding shortlist is just not enjoyable, instead make it work behind a provide a more relastic transfer signning of easy, medium, high expection of signning that players, and events just like i said, if this idea comes on the game it will literally bring the manager mode more and more the level we all want, so far its great, but a high bad stratgey is the signning of players its not enjoyable and not relastic in my opnion.

feel free if u liked my opnions about the game, we all want it to be relastic, i know its a lot of work in background, but it feels more worth the mode.
