Missing Content - Tomori & Rogers

Hello,

I'm desperate because I haven't received Rogers and Tomori. I couldn't choose the content (!!) And EA has confirmed to me that I did not receive the content. But they don't help me and keep closing my case - without a solution. They told me to ask the community for a solution... What can I do?
