Missing fifa points

I purchased EA FC 26 points from another site. (Loaded) I used the code it went through like it has done before but I never received an email from EA to say I have points or did they appear in my ultimate team. This was mid day yesterday.

Cheers for that info! You didn't get any errors or anything when you redeemed it? Are you sure that you redeemed it on the right EA account?

I play on PC and downloaded on the EA app like I always do.

What platform do you play on?

Where did you redeem your code?

Maybe this is a silly question, but could you double check that you bought FC 26 points and not FC 25 points by accident?
