Missing rewards and Coins removed

I completed the 86 pack for Sophia Wilson whilst it still said the potm Yamal was one of two rewards for completing the challenge. 
I did not receive the Yamal card. Then whilst completing the Marcelo sbc I noticed that my account had been deducted approximately 40,000 coins without reason. I hadn’t bought anything so they have just vanished. Please can you investigate?
