Nintendo eShop Error

Hi,

Anyone getting this error on Nintendo Switch?

My email has the 16 digit code and it’s for Nintendo Switch but it fails, any help is greatly appreciated!

I have tried restart etc.

also tried the Beta Code Tool, it tells me my code is invalid 🤷🏻‍♂️
