Pc Optimisation???
For the first time since ea have released a football game for pc, will there game be optimised for cpus that do not use hyperthreading? My cpu is better than the cpu they recommend to run the game well. Since my cpu doesn't use hyperthreading, my game is very stuttery as the game locks my cpu to 100% as the cores cannot perform the it's job as expected due to having 1 thread per core.
It would be nice for EA to optimise the game for low-mid range pcs as i don't want to spend £200 to upgrade my setup to run a game my pc should be capable of running smoothly and isn't due to no fault of my own. I mainly play 1440p 60fps or 1080p 120fps very comfortably. Yet with ea fc 25, quite often I can barely run the game 1080p 30fps without having severe stutters and major lag spikes due to the game and my cpu not being perfectly compatible. My cpu is by no means great. However it should be running the game perfectly fine if it were to be optimised for everyone to play rather than those with more modern cpus.
The other games I have been able to play perfectly fine are as follows: Destiny 2, Division 2 overwatch 2, Cod Bo6, CoD Warzone, eFootball, UFL Demo, NBA 2K25, Apex Legends and Elden Ring. Most I have played 1440p and yet face no issues. The more competitive games i drop to 1080p ato get more frames.
