Hey, what GPU do you have?
A lot of people found that locking to 60hz and using Vsync actually improver performance, which is insane, but it is a console port afterall.
My gameplay is smooth, but as always the servers dictate how many wins I get + if anyone is streaming or doing anything else on my network, thenI have no chance online. Offline gameplay is great tho, tons of fun.
