ping 250 +

Hello,

I am experiencing a recurring issue in Pro Clubs on EA Sports FC. In almost every match, one or two players from our team get extremely high ping (around 200–250+ ms). The problem is inconsistent and seems to switch between different players after each lobby.

We have tried multiple solutions such as relobbying, changing the club captain, and restarting the game, but the issue persists. All players have stable internet connections and NAT Type 2, so it does not appear to be an issue on our end.

This makes the game very difficult and frustrating to play, especially in competitive matches. It feels like the matchmaking system is placing us on unsuitable servers.

Could you please investigate this issue or provide guidance on how to ensure we are matched on appropriate servers?
